PERE DAVID DEER Description A large deer. Height to the shoulder about 45 - 47 inches, weight 330 - 440 Ibs. The coat colour in the summer is reddish turning to grey in the winter.	TROPHY RED STAG EUROPEAN AND SCOTTISH Description A large deer, height to the shoulder up to 56 inches, weight 300 - 450 Ibs. The coat colour in the summer is a reddish brown turning to darker brown in the winter. A mature male will develop a neck mane of long hair before the rut and carry it through the winter.	FALLOW DEER Description A medium size deer, height to the shoulder about 34 - 36 inches, weight 140 - 200 Ibs. The coat colour - there can be many colour variations in this breed from white through to very dark brown.
