MARKHOR HUNT

Markhor inhabits mountains of Pamir (Tadzhikistan) in the areas bordering Afganistan. There are only two Markhor hunting areas in the world by now, the one we offering you is the best because of high populaton of animals. Mountains do not exceed 2000 m, but they are  very steep and hunters have to be physically fit. The hunt is normally done as stalking on foot. There are EXPERIENCED GUIDES, interpreter, cook and helpers in camp. Trophy size that can be expected by well-prepared hunter is 30 in. – 40 in (75 cm – 105 cm). Air temperature about +10 C at daytime and – 10 C at night depending on the season. In Moscow we offer sightseeing tours per your request (THE KREMLIN, RED SQUARE, DIAMOND FUND, THE BOLSHOY THEATER, many other places).

It is possibly to hunt Afgan Urial in the area not far (several driving hours) from Markhor hunting area.

           TOUR PRICE:   € 16.200 per hunter ( 1 hunter in group),  € 15.200 per hunter ( 2 hunters in group) including all service Moscow/Moscow on the base 1 hunter – 1 guide and one trophy of Markhor:

-           airport service in Moscow (international and national flights);

-           auto transfers in Moscow from airport to hotel and return;

-           airport service on arrival/depart in Dushanbe;

-           transfer by car from Dushanbe to the camp and back;

-           booking of air tickets and hotel rooms for the tour;

-           full service on hunt on the base 1x1;

-           guides, cook and helpers in camp;

Transfer: 4 hr flight from Moscow to Dushanbe (Tajikistan), then 6-8 hrs by car, then 4-6 on horses, or 1-1,5 hrs by helicopter.
Accommodation: in hunting houses, tents.
